Bushbuckridge residents believe voting will make their voices heard

Elections are underway in different voting stations across the rural Bushbuckridge Local Municipality with a few queues in most voting stations.
Bushbuckridge residents who have cast their ballots have raised concerns over service delivery issues such as provision of water and poor road infrastructure.
The Independent Electoral Commission began in the morning without any challenges with voting stations opening on time, security is also been beefed up with members of the SAPS.
Minibuses were seen ferrying elderly people to voting stations to enable them to cast their votes. Some of the voters expressed concerns about a lack of water in Marite near Hazyview and they say they believe that their votes will make their voices heard.
