The Allied Movement for Change (AM4C) was officially launched in Johannesburg on March 20, 2024, by former National Freedom Party MP, Ahmed Munzoor Shaik Emam. The AM4C blends the philosophy of Ubuntu protectionism and Islamic democracy, and is centred heavily on social welfare, ethical governance, and economic pragmatism. The party secured 0 out of 400 seats in the National Assembly and 0 seats across all provincial legislatures and will be contesting its debut municipal election on November 4, 2026.
