The party’s leader, Corné Mulder, is expected to address members and supporters when he unveils the manifesto.
In the 2021 local government elections, the FF Plus won 221 council seats up from 67 in 2016.
Mulder says they have timeframes for delivering on their promises.
“We have a turnaround plan for municipalities and for local government, which is currently, undisputedly, the biggest failure in South Africa, and residents are suffering. Now, we need to have real change and improvement after this election. We offer practical solutions to the problems, and we offer a new policy directive, which can steer local government in a direction where municipalities work for their residents.”
