Kunene confident PA will perform well in local polls
Patriotic Alliance (PA) deputy president and Johannesburg mayoral hopeful, Kenny Kunene, says the past elections have shown that the party is well received and loved by the electorate.
Kunene says he has no doubt that come the 4th of November, the PA will be among those that will do well in the elections.
He was speaking at the party’s Siya iThata iJoburg final election rally in Soweto.
In the 13 years of its existence, the PA has become part of the Government of National Unity and is the sixth largest party in the National Assembly.
An optimistic Kunene says if the 2024 general elections and recent by-elections are anything to go by, the PA will yet again surprise many, this despite views that Johannesburg is set for a coalition government.
The party is contesting in all metros and almost every municipality.
Kunene reiterated the party’s position on the immigration issue is something they pride themselves on.
Thank you, Soweto.
