Labour Party vows to fight unemployment in Mangaung

The Labour Party has told its supporters in Botshabelo in the Free State that their votes are enough to change their lives.
The party says it will prioritise the fight for real jobs.
It is calling for fair and inclusive policies that open opportunities to all, and people should be employed based on ability, skills, and willingness to contribute.
The party is contesting 51 wards in the Mangaung Metro Municipality.
Labour Party Mangaung Coordinator, Serame Thibakhoana says: “We as the Labour Party are saying in Mangaung, we want to make a change so that we can fight this battle of unemployment rate by saying we need community employment and opportunity for all. And age restrictions, these age restrictions must stop. The 35-year age restriction must come to an end – everyone has a right to work. So, we are promising as the Labour Party that we are coming to the council to bring change and represent our people in Mangaung.”
