About the party

The Forum 4 Service Delivery (F4SD) was founded on June 30, 2015, in the North West province by Dr Mbahare Johannes Kekana. The party is focused on grassroots issues like water, sanitation, housing, immigration, electoral reform, and child welfare. In its 2016 debut election, the F4SD secured proportional representation across various municipalities in five provinces. In the 2021 local government election, the F4SD won a total of 31 municipal seats nationally, including a mayoral position in the Ditsobotla Local Municipality. On January 15, 2025, the F4SD officially merged with ActionSA and conceded its independent political identity to campaign under the ActionSA banner. As part of the merger, founder Dr Mbahare Kekana was appointed Deputy President of ActionSA.
