About the party
The Khoisan Revolution party was founded in January 2016, with a focus on the rights of Khoi, San and Griqua communities. The party contested local elections for the first time in 2016, putting its focus on the Northern Cape, thus winning a single seat in the Nama Khoi Local Municipality. In 2021, the party again contested a select few Northern Cape municipalities securing about 3 percent of the proportional representation (PR) vote in Dawid Kruiper.
