About the party
The Sakhisizwe Convention SA focuses on local government issues like service delivery, specifically addressing local employment, housing, water security, electricity, fixing public schools, combating crime and fostering community peace. The organisation officially registered with the Independent Electoral Commission in 2021. It took part in the 2021 local government elections, running for seats within the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality but failed to make an impact.
