About the party
The Organic Humanity Movement (OHM) was formed in 2017 by Lauren Evanthia Bernardo but was officially registered as a political pafrty with the IEC on December 14, 2018. OHM promotes radical individual freedom and self-reliance, aiming to minimise government and corporate oversight on citizens’ lives. Although the Organic Humanity Movement (OHM) fielded candidates extensively and in multiple wards across Gauteng and the Western Cape, it failed to win any seats in any of the country's municipal councils.
